ARCTIC Liquid Freezer III Pro 420 (ACFRE00181A)
An AIO chosen around a confirmed 420 mm bay, not a case’s largest-looking opening.
The Liquid Freezer III Pro 420 uses three 140 mm fans and a substantial radiator. It is a deliberate large-case choice, not an automatic upgrade for every CPU. Establish both the mount and motherboard compatibility first, then assess whether the sustained workload justifies the space and installation complexity.
Consider it when
- An enclosure explicitly supporting 420 mm in the intended mounting position.
- A large build with room for a 458 mm radiator and its tube routing.
Look again when
- A case supporting three 140 mm fans but not a 420 mm radiator.
- Using a generic 63 mm stack claim to resolve a close fit.
The checks that can change your choice
The model drawing yields 65 mm
The verified 38 mm radiator and 27 mm P14 Pro fans make a 65 mm stack. The generic 63 mm marketing figure is insufficient for this model; check the 138 mm width and end tanks as well.
Check other hardware at the same time
Front installation can consume graphics-card length, while roof installation can approach board heatsinks. Draw the final GPU, radiator and tube arrangement before assuming that separate maximum figures can coexist.
Published specifications
420 mm AIO; three 140 mm fans; 38 mm-thick radiator; AM4/AM5 and LGA1700/1851.
