Review all three dimensions
MSI specifies 303 × 121 × 49 mm. Reserve clearance for adjacent slots, intake airflow and the 16-pin cable, especially with front cooling hardware or a vertical GPU bracket.
The PSU recommendation is system-level
The card is rated at 300 W and MSI recommends a 750 W PSU, preferably ATX 3.1. Check the CPU, PSU quality and exact cable support rather than subtracting card power from a label rating.
