Dell Pro 24 Plus P2425H

A compact office display with an adjustable stand, not a USB-C video dock.

The decision

P2425H fits a desk whose priorities are ordinary office work, flexible positioning and a manageable 23.8-inch screen. Its 100 Hz maximum is a useful supported mode, but the more important distinction is the connection layout. The USB-C socket on this model is downstream data and charging, not the video input offered by some similarly named Dell displays.

Consider it when

  • A 1080p work setup using HDMI, DisplayPort or a supported VGA mode.
  • A desk needing height, tilt, swivel and portrait pivot adjustments.

Look again when

  • A one-cable USB-C laptop video-and-charging plan.
  • A workload that needs a larger native-resolution workspace.

The checks that can change your choice

P2425H is not P2425HE

The downstream USB-C port provides data and up to 15 W charging. It does not accept DisplayPort Alt Mode video; choose a documented video input and the required USB upstream connection separately.

Check the chosen input timing

The published maximum is 100 Hz at 1920 × 1080. Verify the selected port and source, especially when using older hardware or VGA, and select the available rate in the operating system.

Published specifications

23.8-inch IPS; 1920 × 1080; up to 100 Hz; HDMI 1.4, DisplayPort 1.2 and VGA; height, tilt, swivel and pivot adjustment.
