LIAN LI LANCOOL 207 Black (LAN207RX)

A compact ATX layout that moves the PSU decision to the front of the build.

The decision

LANCOOL 207 fits an ATX build into a more compact arrangement by making specific choices about board width and PSU placement. Its four included fans are a useful starting point. Decide on the power supply, cable routing and drive count early; those details matter more here than simply checking that the board says ATX.

Consider it when

  • An ATX motherboard no wider than 244 mm.
  • A compact tower plan with a short PSU and checked CPU-power cable route.

Look again when

  • A 160 mm PSU assumed safe at the stated under-160 mm limit.
  • A storage plan expecting two HDDs and two SSDs from two shared mounts.

The checks that can change your choice

Front PSU placement affects cables

Verify PSU orientation, connectors and the EPS cable route to the motherboard. Allow usable cable length and bend space rather than comparing only the metal PSU enclosure with the nominal length limit.

Shared positions are alternatives

The two 2.5/3.5-inch drive positions accept alternative drive types. Likewise, fan and radiator positions overlap: count the hardware in the final arrangement instead of adding every advertised position together.

Published specifications

Compact ATX case; GPU up to 375 mm; CPU cooler up to 180 mm; top 240/280/360 mm radiator; four fans included; two shared 2.5/3.5-inch drive mounts.

PSU support is stated as under 160mm, not an unconditional fit at exactly 160mm. ATX motherboard width must not exceed 244mm. Front PSU layout requires checking EPS routing, PSU orientation and connector clearance. Two shared drive mounts cannot hold two HDDs plus two SSDs simultaneously. Radiator and fan positions overlap.
