Creative Pebble X Plus (MF0495)
A compact 2.1 system when you can make proper space for the subwoofer and its cables.
Pebble X Plus adds a subwoofer to the desktop pair, unlike the ordinary Pebble X. That extra box should be part of the desk and room plan before purchase. Consider whether a 2.1 layout is useful for your listening situation and neighbours; the presence of a subwoofer does not establish measured bass quality in a particular room.
Consider it when
- A desk with space for the satellites and a sensible subwoofer position.
- A PC using USB audio while a compatible Bluetooth source is available separately.
Look again when
- A requirement for a completely wireless speaker installation.
- Expecting the higher-output PD power adapter in the standard box.
The checks that can change your choice
The PD port carries power only
Audio still needs USB audio, Bluetooth or AUX. The standard package does not include the optional 30 W, 15 V/2 A PD adapter; verify the selected power route and supported profile.
Lay out the complete 2.1 wiring
Keep the speaker and subwoofer links clear of chair movement and other cables. Leave controls reachable and test the intended position before final cable management; a Bluetooth input does not remove the system’s internal wiring.
Published specifications

Pebble X Plus includes a subwoofer, unlike Pebble X. It needs USB power and the wired speaker/subwoofer connections. The separate USB-PD port is power-only. A 30 W / 15 V 2 A PD adapter for the higher-output mode is not included in the standard package.
