CORSAIR SF750 (2024, CP-9020284)
Make the small case work without confusing two generations of SF750
The 2024 SF750 is a compact SFX option when the case requires that form factor and the complete build fits a 750 W supply. Its appeal is the physical packaging and supported wiring, not an assumption that a smaller premium PSU is automatically preferable in a full tower. In a larger case, compare a conventional ATX unit with easier cable reach before paying for compactness.
Consider it when
- A small-form-factor case requiring SFX and a checked 750 W power plan.
Look again when
- The case needs long cable runs or the listing does not identify the SF750 revision.
THE SPACE IT NEEDS
Leave room beyond the PSU body
- PSU body length
- 100mm
The body length excludes the working space needed for plugs and cable bends. Drive cages and the case layout can reduce that space.

The checks that can change your choice
2024 Type 5 wiring is part of the exact model identity
CP-9020284 is the recorded 2024 revision, distinct from the older SF750. Its body is 100 × 125 × 63.5 mm and uses Type 5 modular cables. Confirm the included GPU leads and any SFX-to-ATX mounting bracket; do not reuse another revision’s cables by appearance.
Check the whole power path
Compare the CPU and exact graphics card requirements with the PSU capacity and included connector arrangement. Count independent cable runs where the GPU manual requires them. Use only cables approved for this exact power supply; similar-looking modular plugs do not establish compatible wiring.
