Logitech G PRO X 2 LIGHTSPEED

A multi-connection headset whose analog port and power state need the exact instructions.

The decision

PRO X 2 LIGHTSPEED offers receiver-based wireless, Bluetooth and an analog listening route. That flexibility is useful when you genuinely use multiple sources, but each mode has its own setup. The graphene-driver description is a construction detail, not a measured sound-quality result, and the original PRO X Wireless should not supply this model’s connection assumptions.

Consider it when

  • A PC using the supplied USB-A LIGHTSPEED receiver.
  • A user who wants supported Bluetooth and analog listening options in addition to the PC link.

Look again when

  • Assuming every physical audio socket is interchangeable.
  • Expecting every microphone or software feature to work identically across all modes.

The checks that can change your choice

Analog audio uses the right earcup

The documented wired-listening procedure powers the headset off and uses the right-earcup audio port. The separate left-earcup socket is for the detachable microphone; using the wrong socket does not create an alternative audio path.

Test the required microphone path

Check microphone support and the application’s input for the specific connection you intend to use. A mode that successfully plays stereo audio does not by itself prove that voice capture or PC software features are also available.

PRO X 2, not the original PRO X Wireless. LIGHTSPEED uses the supplied USB-A receiver. For analog listening, power the headset off and use the right-earcup audio port; the separate left-earcup port is for the microphone.
